“So yesterday afternoon, Mexico was moving along, and there was going to be powerful news. So how does it go from moving forward and CytoDyn sending their team of legal professionals, to the email going in a spam folder?”

My interpretation of this is that the prior delay with the Mexico trial was due to the email going to the spam folder and that recently, the problem was identified and the path is moving forward. Also, I don’t recall NP saying he expected powerful news from Mexico.
