Anyone with TD ameritrade know with my ACH transfe

Anyone with TD ameritrade know with my ACH transfer Monday will I be able to trade it before open? I think with OTC you have to wait 3 says to buy.

I’ll be okay if I don’t buy more Monday but I wanna go all in Monday.
