Dr. Patterson said about 2 months ago, with Dr. Jay, that they found out a better way to administer Leronilab to patient. Their finding was based on the blood analysis of the patients. before and after injection. 1, 3 and 7 days after injection, and some more inbetween.
The did not want to change the protocol, as that would slow down the approval process.
So:
1) the already know what is happening based on 75 or more EIND patients.
2) they have safety with 700mg, and the way it is administered.
