Quiet thoughts but when I read the latest NU NU pr the other day I personally felt frustration within the wording.....
My 1st take is that it was like pulling teeth getting him to say that there would be no CEPI funding but i had already planned on that when he stated he put in for 2 B......really joe....a 45M company looking for 2B.....really dude......
2nd take is the Oasis funding was his LAST resort as the process for BARDA has taken way tooooooo long.....but maybe just maybe ??????
3rd was and we will know for sure I have this weird suspicion Oasis was looking for better terms than the original and that is why it took soooooo long for joe to finally sign the agreement........
4th was in the pr was that they would file the 8K when it seemed to be at their convenience (appropriate time)..........
Now according to the ORIGINAL 8k filing for Oasis that NU NU had about 2 weeks to update the S1 to include the agreement along with all the other needed documents.....looks like the clock started a couple of days ago......
Interesting that I just went to EDGAR and that 8k filing agreement with oasis on or around June 22 I could not find.......I don't know.....maybe I need more coffee....
