Many states’ phased reopening plans don’t perm

Many states’ phased reopening plans don’t permit large events (over 100) until there is a vaccine and/or effective treatment. At that point, a compulsory disclosure of your medical condition, assuming such a measure would have been permissible in the first place, could not be justified.
