If this is dependent on VERB tech then we've got a winner.
If Amazon/Twitch circumvents VERB tech, then we have a problem.
And if you can answer me this: with such great tech and a market cap of say $40m, why doesn't AMZN or CRM just make an offer for $200m and be done with it (and our dreams for a $2B market cap). I don't believe insiders could thwart a hostile takeover as they don't control enough stock.
