I could only speak about Mobile devices that perta

I am a traffic control for an Import / Export shipping company arranging shipping containers for pick up’s & deliveries in and out of 4 Port Newark’s Terminal’s located at Elizabeth NJ.
There are tens of thousands of truckers that deliver to these terminals per day.
They average about 12 to 14 hours a day making 2 to 3 local runs.
The average downtime or waiting time at the Terminal until they receive their container for shipment could range from 1&1/2 to 3 hours sometimes longer.
Now If you times that throughout all the shipping ports throughout the country, there are millions of independent haulers each day with much downtime.
I can assure you from my personal experience, drivers are streaming on mobile devices hanging out in their trucks sleeper berth’s.
This is a fact not an assumption from many of trucker I deal with. I also can testify for myself that I do watch movies on my Iphone streaming on either AT&T Now.... Roku app.
Note this is only one trucking industry out of many of millions of independent trucker’s that are facing much downtime.
Keep in mind that the tides have changed now and Major Studios more so now looking at streaming versus movie theaters.
