Not disagreeing with you (I actually hope you are

Not disagreeing with you (I actually hope you are right) but rather just asking: wouldn't Sebastian Faro have tried and done it by now if he could? He has been involved with the company in different ways for a while it seems (if nothing else very aware of the product) -- is there anything different now that makes us think this could happen? Again, I am not arguing, I don't know the answer.
