I've sold all but 1000 shares (thank goodness), do

Here's a personal story, which I've bored some with already, so I hope they excuse my repetitiveness: I'm from central NJ, originally, not too far from Edison, and I'm about Mark's age. I left the area after high school but I've remained close friends with someone who stuck around, so that's going on almost 55 years.
My friend started a business headquartered there, although he had clients around the world. His business was working as a consultant to fledgling companies, who he would help get to the next level. So, about 7 or 8 (10?) years ago, he told me he was having a few meetings with this guy, Mark Kay of StrikeForce, and that I might want to check the company out. That's when I started buying shares.
A few months later, I happened to ask my friend how things were going with SFT. All he was willing to say was that Kay was a "backstabber" and he didn't want to ever talk about that situation again. He didn't care how great, or not, the company became, he didn't want to hear about it. And still doesn't. But, I ignored him and kept buying. And now, at long last, I don't particularly want to hear about it again, either..
