Does anyone know when we get approval for emergenc

Does anyone know when we get approval for emergency use for Covid (I say when because I am working on sending positive thoughts into the universe) so when, how many doses are available for immediate use and how quickly can additional doses be produced?

I know I am putting the cart before the horse, but I am so anxious about the mess out here in the land of covidity...
