Mr Samblis and Mr. Collins regularly post to Facebook and Twitter, and while not always directly aimed at shareholders, considerable information is available about the CEO and Punch TV. Actually I realized this morning that Steve is apparently still here in the US. According to his posts at the end of January he was to go and do interviews. However, he was still in LA last night....so I guess something had changed.

In general I find this company's public persona to be very visible for a sub-penny issue. Anyone with experience in pk/ob stocks will attest to lengthy periods of little to no information and unaudited and mysterious financial reporting. Neither is the case with PNCH.
