Why don’t you do some reading any learn why for yourself? These drugs are blockbusters because of their impact on the patient and downstream cost savings to healthcare systems and society.
There is a huge cost associated with disability from illness or injury for those who don’t die outright.
I know why tPa is not the same as aspirin and why it is worth the cost. If you choose to forgo it should you have an MI, that will be your choice.
