I had a very postive takeaways from yesterday.

Likely to purchase all or most of their supply and backlog for the next 2 to 3 years, considering high demand and short supply. Besides of the countries he also named middle east, and I recall him saying many months ago that Iranian want their drug and they are looking into options and if they can supply that country. He couldn't name Iran as saying the name might even need clearance, before doing so.
So, with all these countries and with our slim supply, anyone will pay when there is a slim positive news. Also, US will be criticized if they don't buy all the backlog before anyone else, so I wouldn't be surprised to wake up with a huge purchase order and in the following days an approval, only to justify their act to the world.
I think we are very good with the COVID. We shouldn't have any supply for HIV patients and their time will comes momentarily.
HIV is no even my concern now, as the supply wouldn't accommodate their need.
