My understanding of the situation.
The new TA "blew it" and sent the info to OTC markets. We are so close and that is what caused the error to happen.
There was NO glitch - someone submitted the info and should not have. I am sure that Dr Dalton had a serious discussion with the new TA this morning. If it was NOT Continental, then they could NOT have caused OTCM to change the UNVC status - only the new TA could after Dr Dalton "read them the riot act"
