Did you make it to the second paragraph? Where it says "taking the necessary steps......" Name one.
There is no path from this downward spiral to a share price necessary for uplisting. Is Mr Kay being held captive, incommunicado somewhere? Or maybe he just can't be bothered to say something to give hope to investors as they watch their investment in free fall.
