I’m unclear how you find the Dr.’s comment “troubling.” He simply stated that he isn’t sure if CCL5 is the most critical target. At this point, neither this Dr nor anyone else has identified a more critical receptor. Additionally, even Dr. BP’s findings aren’t the end all be all. I think this Dr. is simply saying that we need more research to understand how to best fight COVID and he’s 100% correct. But to label is comment as troubling is inaccurate.
His quote is below, for reference.
