All fights to VN have been canceled until 8-1. Then, there is a mandatory 14 day quarantine.
Henry's new plan is to fly into Cambodia, before 8-1, and drive to VN.
14 day quarantine still in effect, but the clock starts sooner if he gets to VN before 8-1. Date to fly to Cambodia is not confirmed yet.
Some will say it is classic Henry, but he can't help the situation in the world. He's making arrangements to go through Cambodia, instead of Singapore, which shows he isn't just sitting back and doing nothing to get things done.
