Unfortunately Joe has become unreliable, big problem for public company. Big money will invest in Management, product, potential , financial status.
Things looked promising and exciting around the 4th Qrt of 2018/1st Qrt 2019......result ....3.25 pps. All PR's and CC's were triggering buying. Planned acquisitions/financing looked good on paper but not all worked out and some actually turned toxic imo. Very little since mid 2019 has worked to our financial benefit. The "friendly waived" shares turned into a problem after they were issued the Divi .......the unfriendly of the friendly group continue to dump GNBT shares .......the concerning part ....they now also own NGIO shares. What will the float be if we go public ????? If we are successful producing a vaccine or not current business is not generating revenue. Due diligence will show the company has not met expectations, it may change but it needs to be backed up by a solid deal, not a fluff PR or CC. Show us a respectable valuation and if we are that good .....sell the company or spinoff additional parts. Money talks BS walks and I'm sure plenty blisters in the office. We need credible, trustworthy management to be successful ....not a few , the entire team !!
Sec is not slowing us down it's the company not filing the proper app or business plan.....maybe they have a few q's but both GNBT/NGIO are dragging. If CEPI is only interested in MRNA/RNA why did we file ......can't imagine they would turn down a great plan and potential vaccine but .............what do we know.....we can only go by the information provided and assumptions for "non public info".
