I have been communicating with Mike in NY at OTC Markets for several years. I have spoken to him about various holdings in the past and of course we have communicated many times over the last 2 years about Univec. He said that while he can't 100% rule out a glitch, it would be a highly unlikely incident. He reminded me that the verification is 100% handled by the TA, He also noted that while the records indicate Continental as the TA it is not out of the realm of possibility that there is a new TA and they updated the Share Structure while neglecting to change the TA name.

Glitches are rare and would be considered a travesty for any TA that would "accidentally" update the share structure of a former client. Rare and unlikely. The SEC would be all over that TA in an instant if it was a glitch imo!
