Apparently Baltia is done making the corrections to the manuals.  They don't want to turn them in tomorrow because they feel the government will do nothing with them on a Friday.  They will finish dotting i's and crossing t's tomorrow and will turn them in Monday morning.

Yes, I am getting tired of all the delays as well.  I hope it will all be worth it in the end and we will look back at these days and laugh.

Rest assured, Barry tells Igor that everyday wasted winds up costing Baltia more money.......
