Where it gets tight is that all the tests will IMO need to be taken by the ticket-holders wiithin 48 hours (maybe 72 hours) of the game. That is as close to a guaranteed window to ensure nobody at the game has CV19. It can be done.
Once the ticket-holder enters his info into the app, he takes the test and gets results on his phone after 15 minutes when it is entered into the system.
It would be easy to set up multiple drive-through test stations in the parking lot.
Ticket-holders could come the day before to get tested so they know for sure they get into the stadium the next day. Maybe if they show positive, the Team will exchange their tickets for a game down the road. It would be a good thing to find out early that your test positive so you can get care early and increase your chance of surviving CV19.
TriedandTested Pods could be in convenient locations to take the test.
