During his July 9 presenatation, Pourhassan observed that leronlimab treatment of covid may show effects in patients with other diseases, like cancer or MS.
It does seem likely that if leronlimab achieves widespread use in covid, then it does seem, then patients with MS or cancer will be treated.
Of course the big if is covid approval, but if achieved then there may well be many more metastatic cancer patients treated for covid than there are metatstatic cancer patients in the cancer basket trial.
Comorbidities, like cancer or MS, are likely to be therapeutic indicators for leronlimab if leronlimab is approved for covid.
