GMIN if you are suggesting someone call the SEC number, I would not suggest that. No need to muddy the waters with the SEC. The fact that NGIO filed 10Q’s means they believe to be active as a private company. Until we see something from the SEC saying the 10Qs have not been accepted, then we should go on that NGIO is a public company. Just my opinion.
