I guess I find it pretty unacceptable for Joe to not have truly answered these questions on the call, especially given that Doc had forwarded Bravo’s (and maybe mine as well?) question 2 days before the call.
So here we sit, not fully knowing the status of the Form 10 or the ability/timing to move forward and submit the S-1, right after the all-important call.
I guess what really irritates me is that Joe knew this all had happened, and it appears that he wasn’t going to address it, only because he thought we were blind to the information. And his response on the call, as far as I can tell, was a snow job because he thought we were ignorant to these SEC letters. Doubly bad both because he was not being forthright on the topic and because he should have been aware that we had that information from the Qs Doc fed him before the call.
I think Joe should put out an 8-k or PR dealing with this issue and clarifying where we stand w Form 10 approval/comments, etc.
