Another way to think of it is if NEJM will reject a research based on what Stinky posted, why the hell NEJM will let Stinky (and only Stinky) know about the rejection? On one hand NEJM tries to keep everything secret by telling everyone to keep their mouth shut . On the other hand NEJM is telling the world about its secret. Wow it makes a lot of sense.
Folks, check Stinky old posts, sound like a mole to me. Account set up for about 2 weeks. No talk about the science and only talk about the management. Also remember, they work as a group too (or maybe the same person with different handle). Start a topic and "many" chime in.
