BTW, having the opportunity to Communicate with NP, he is measured, competent and has a great vision. I have met many CEO's in Southeastern Michigan, with much higher market caps, I still put him in the top.
Again approval does not guarantee huge use. Not very many regularly read journals, which will mean investment in marketing. The old saying to clinicians when encountering a new drug "don't be the first to use but be the last to use".
