Board of directors meet what, once a month maybe every quarter. I think the Dr.S Faro position allows him to concentrate on his private practice. What has the previous board done, nothing. With Bret heading the bod nothing changes. Being on this bod is a mere symbolic position. I'd love to be 100% wrong.
