In the PR that came out this morning, the first few items on the agenda are as follows:

NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology Listing Plans
The big question for both of these topics is where does the S-1 stand in being submitted? So far, there is no S-1 filing with the SEC for the S-1. So, until that is done, everything is on hold for any NASDAQ listing.
We really need to know what is going on with the S-1 and why it is not filed. We know the Form 10 has been 'approved', an 8K has been filed, so all that has been taken care of. So, it's the S-1 filing that everyone is waiting on.
Joe needs to give a really good answer on this and a date on when the S-1 will be filed. It's been months now since it was expected to be. He needs to now give timelines on when things will happen and make them happen.
