H.L, I wish you well, I wish all of our fellow posters well, even those I find annoying. But, to the point - the companies you list might also be possibly taking their chances as infringers. We've seen how the courts viewed our other cases, as have they, too, I'm sure - our patents get no respect. Not saying that's the case, at all, but that makes it imperative to see less dot connecting and more green, and asap. To show both good faith by those companies' and that we're actually getting paid.

I don't understand why Mark isn't doing any Uptick interviews these days, something, anything to help buck up share price. We're in a bad place, because after the r/s denial fiascos, it's very hard to understand what we should believe. I believe in the bottom line, no more announcements of deals that will pay off, I want to see the pay offs.

The announcement that we'd be in the black by August, now moved back, didn't move the needle at all. I considered it a statement of major importance, but I guess that feeling wasn't shared all around. Here's hoping, but so far we're playing in a high stakes game with a mediocre hand.
