The company becomes worth less if it doesn't obtain revenue and have to do toxic financing, add more debt, and dilute, etc. Especially, it becomes worth less to common shareholders. At last glance of the financials, I place "high risk" of SFOR needing to raise money...therefore, I think I can get shares that are worth less than where there are now. Will there be an upside to SFOR? Yes, it is all a timing play with getting cheap shares right around the time decent news comes out....until then, everyone will keep wondering and guessing. Pure timing play!
