Both sides of your argument are valid. $BCAP has huge shareholder support as can be seen from the Accumulation line on the chart, and collectively shareholders have been adding to their positions. A rise up would be very easy, but consolidation is better. It'll make the wave higher much more powerful.
The float really is locked. As I've written previously, if people didn't know the $BCAP share structure, they would think this was a very low float stock.
The Ask at $0.0007 is about 0.003% of the float. At $0.0008 its about 0.0015% of the float.
The only other point to note right now: No-one is forced to sell their postion irrespective of the price. There's no dilution possible until July 2014 at the earliest.
