loved your reply.I am an old f... who is not even aware of available options. Wish there was a format where tech savvy people like yourself could have more positive input. From what I've observed, NP would probably enjoy the interaction. But however, 1 or 2 ...wipes probably prevent him from risking it. What a shame. Maybe a seasoned pr person representing the company could spend time on this & other boards informally & negate the need for "us trying to do what we don't do well." Just throwing it out there.
