Question about pdufa date ... If and when cytodyn

Question about pdufa date ... If and when cytodyn hears from the FDA .. Will that information be released during market hours. What are the rules ... As it can move the needle. Are they required to report it in a timely manner or required to hold it until after hours per sec rules.

I know on other stocks on the pdufa date the decision made by the FDA for approval is not announced until after hours.

I understand that this date is to decide wither or not we get a pdufa date based on a complete BLA ... However my question still applies
