Civic- I truly believe the next phase will be MONUMENTAL, HISTORIC and SPECTACULAR! All the longs need to just relax and stand strong, AS WE HAVE. It is difficult at times dealing with human emotion- we get impatient and "antsy", but DOC KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS DOING. HE HAS BEEN FACING OPPOSITION and step by step HAS CONQUERED IT! Even when things seemed like they fell through- HE PREPARED, ADAPTED and OVERCAME! And BETTER OPTIONS CAME TO BE... We have EVERY REASON TO BELIEVE THAT IN THE PERFECT TIME IT WILL EXPLODE!! Not our time, but THE PERFECT TIME. Everything going on right now is set up to elevate UNVC and all the businesses attached exponentially! HOLD STRONG. IGNORE THE CURRENT PRICE SWINGS- Let the "flippers and naysayers" as Doc calls them- have their fun for pennies- WERE GONNA REAP LITERALLY MULTI-DOLLARS PER SHARE then a steady climb higher as UNVC CHANGES THE WORLD! That is DOC'S PLAN...
