Berman looks to be angling for more serious charges to be brought by the SEC.
That is an opinion, or are you now an expert in securities law? According to filings DECN has not sought to raise funds through a prospectus or any other vehicle during the pendency of the GenViro! applications, Mr. Berman himself has not purchased or sold any shares during the same period. So where is there any SEC action that Mr. Berman is angling for? Don't pat yourself on the back for continuously reporting Mr. Berman and DECN to the SEC, FBI and DoJ. The SEC was duped by a group of malcontents who own no shares. Are you part of that group? I am certain your alter ego is.
The FBI and DoJ must be asking themselves who this crazy, angry man is. Manipulation of a federal agency is a crime. How many manipulations and/or crimes at your hand have been committed against DECN and its shareholders? Message boards allow you many 1st Amendment rights, but stating illegal activity without proof, and anger and manipulation of federal agencies are not part of these rights.
