The Company has accepted the resignation of William Lieberman as President and appointed Eric Radtke as President effective immediately to helm the next phase of Trilliant Exploration on the road to 43101 and copper production. Mr. Radtke has had an extensive career in international business and has worked throughout Asia in countries such as China, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore. He has overseen sales, manufacturing and operations and project management for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. William Lieberman will continue his efforts in sourcing mineral and rare earth projects globally for the benefit of the Company and for other exploration endeavors.
Don't worry about William's resignation, I am certain he will still be around.
The first part of this press release states Trilliant Exploration Announces Assays Average 5.7% Copper at Copper Island Project. This might be an important announcement if it wasn't for the fact that samples were surface samples self - selected for analysis. Junior miners often do selective sampling to make their claims look much better than they really are. The 43-101 is still not done, and will not be for many more months. Also, Copper Island can't even consider mining until the 43-101 is complete, because only then can they raise the money needed to mine. Additionally, no talk at all about an environmental study, but if one is not mining, why would one bother? In short, William likely wants his name off the company because no one is interested in investing money in another one of his companies.
