It is why it is! It is possible that from their perspective that making the change, and making it again when trading reverts back to SFOR, is not worth the effort, since there is a work around. I’m not sure why it doesn’t work for you, because I use the mobile app everyday, and I’ve never had any problems with the work around. Of course I only use it for the “time and sales” feature. I rely on my Fidelity alerts for any news or filings, and also knowing that posting activity would occur here regarding the items, as they become available.
