Looks like another private funding and not an institutional big firm. Hopefully if any "notes" discussed they won't convert to 22% interest and or stock promises if "the agreement" dates are not met !!! How come we don't have any real interest that will attract big buyers and support stock with high volume days !!!
We need an accurate valuation and Analysts coverage !!!
