Very astute Just The 5 Of Us. Your point about the program being only temporary is well taken. However, we have recently seen that when these changes go well and actually make sense, the agencies and departments involved move very quickly to extend them. Some have even been made permanent. Like everything, we will see how it all works out, but I am hopeful.
