you and i do some DD and make our decisions based on that DD.....when there are letters being sent from the SEC to our beloved company and we have no access to these letters, we can not in any way know what is going on behind door number 3....i am not an alarmist but i do like to know what is going on,......why such an indifference to such an important issue by NU NU to the SEC.....
I sure hope that the amendment cleared all the hurdles....you may remember that when we saw that on edgar, we thought it was a cleaning house issue but it turned out to be a survival issue....and we were all in the dark....who has the time to read over complex 10 Q and prospectuses and amendments to such documents....
we all want this company to succeed, hopefully some answers coming soon.....clear your schedules for Friday 4:15 EST......
