i can;t believe i am going to say this, but we are in deep doodoo....you get a letter on april 8 to address concerning issues, and you don't respond....then you get a warning letter on may 5 and you do not respond....and then you get a termination of review letter on june 4.....and we don't hear anything.....the sec promises and then fulfills their promise to release all this correspondence to the public.....

i am a believer but there are limits man....
