No doubt that over the last year audits and other details were taken care of while Doc was busy negotiating with TDOC on the use of their platform for our Wellness Teledoc subsidiary, working on the huge international Euromed contract and finalizing details on the TLRY exclusive production and distribution contract in the EU. All of that plus organizing Time Enterprise Organization CARF clinics, waiting on Israel to form a new coalition government to approve export of medical cannabis and waiting for Medicaid and Medicare, lets also not forget CBD partnerships, DEA research and so many other goodies. Amazing that it is all past us and we just wait on SEC as Doc made clear last fall that SEC is the last step we will take. We are there, we are good!
