Looks like the SEC is back to the delinquent financials crackdown again. There hasn't been a suspension for delinquency since March. In just the last 5 trading days, there have been 16 suspended tickers:

HPGN, LMNK, NGBL, NEXS, GLLA, EGRN, ERBA, ETAH, EOPT, EFLT, CYPW, ECOS, SFEG, RVLT, CSRH, COTE

That's rather overkill.

Just goes as a reminder that if your favorite ticker is required to file 10Ks and 10Qs and is late by over 12 months, it might be a good idea to exit that stock.
