Crazy story and about another company but it might

T-trades can indicate a trend. I have experienced this twice with Generex Biotechnology(GNBT).
If a holder of stock wants to sell a large position in a thin to moderate thinly traded stock without damaging the share price they will use a broker and market makers to complete the sale. In GNBT's case this process has taken 2-3 weeks in one case and a couple of months in another. The stock will usually trade up a little at the open, stall and slowly fade a little finishing about where it started or maybe slightly lower. After the close we would see large blocks of shares reported. The next day the same pattern would occur. Each day we would lose a little to moderate amount value wondering what the heck was happening. Eventually a filing explained who had sold or the company explained what had occurred. In GNBT's case it was the owner of one of the companies GNBT acquired(using common shares) selling their position in GNBT as the feds where closing in on them(not Generex) for their possible illegal activity surrounding one of their other companies(not the one GNBT purchased). Once the selling pressure stopped the stock price recovered somewhat.
T-Trades with CYDY have been normal late posted trades nothing like what I just explained. The ones today that were so far from today's price may have occurred yesterday or the day before and the trader/broker might get a little slap on the wrist for posting that late. Just a possible explanation.
