Man if they can just give an injection every few months would be great. Also I’m assuming we still have to start human trials for Prep since it is a different application.

Interesting story about HIV I’ll share. I’m pretty open person so I hope this isn’t TMI. Random but I never thought about it till now. I’ll keep it short. I got in a foot chase at work and took the suspect in custody. During the search I got stuck by a needle most terrified thing I’d experienced in a long time. Went right through my glove. Happens once in awhile to cops.

Long story short he was hep C and HIV and just loaded up. I had to be on HiV meds for a month, luckily I didn’t get sick like most bc it messes people up when you are on the meds.

After six months of blood draw I didn’t test positive and got off the meds. I got lucky. Ugh scary stuff. Wish I had Leronlimab wouldn’t have to take pills everyday. Anyways thought I’d share.
