It's a little hard to understand what management's endgame is regarding the reverse split. Knowing that it's usually considered a negative, companies will often schedule upbeat announcements to coincide with those splits, to mitigate a drop in share price and maintain investor confidence. Absent revenue news, I'm not sure what folks are seeing that's going to support current valuation. Sure they'd like to be uplisted, but what small, publicly traded company doesn't want that?
