I believe this is a 100% show-me stock now. Jo

Joe did a great job readying the company to be a functional business, clearing up debt, right-sizing the float, cleaning up the balance sheet, etc. But since then, he has been unable to take next step and make it the business he intended it to become.
It is my belief that there is a limited time-frame to pull the pieces together into a cohesive company (unless there is a huge investment from a CV-related entity). So, IMHO, Joe will need to pull the trigger on NGIO ASAP, regardless of any CV funding. If there was value in NGIO before CV, it should certainly exist now. Cut loose with the NGIO S-1.
And if the jump in value from CV comes after the spin, GNBT will still own 70%+, so much of that value will still be realized.
We can only hope something like that is happening this week. I hope to hear something tomorrow so we have time to digest it before the call... too many avenues to even think about right now without some real direction from Joe... Show us, Joe, don’t tell us.
