SPO Global Inc (OTC: SPOM) CEO Lu Fengyu wants to update some company information to all shareholders. After three months negotiations, SPM Medical Co., Ltd. under Gerpang Healthcare Group will form a joint venture with Jinan Zhongke Xilai Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, to establish the first stroke scientific research international hospital in Shandong Province. The hospital is located in Jinan High-tech Park to design 300 in-patient beds with a total investment of 300 million RMB yuan, the international hospital will intend to cooperate with North American universities to establish an international standard stroke prevention detection system, interventional treatment system & professional rehabilitation system. Jinan High-tech Park strongly supports the implementation of this innovative hospital project, which will bring new treatment and rehabilitation opportunities to stroke patients in Shandong and even China. This hospital is expected to launch in March next year.
