Yes, he stuttered (Exodus 4:10-13...thanks Google)...so did James Earl Jones, but he communicates pretty damn well. And NP didn't "choose to ride this out," it is making him a multi-millionaire. Please, let's call it what it is...if this was not making him money, he wouldn't be here and neither would we. Not being harsh, just realistic.
And one thing I know for sure is that no matter how great things are that I accomplish at work, I don't get rewarded each time with more and more money for each thing, and I'll be you guys don't either. Yes, he is doing a decent job, but he is doing the job he was hired to do and gets further rewarded every step of the way. Nice work if you can get it!
