Agreed. I think he's trying to build his case for skipping Phase III by having overwhelming evidence and ability to scale up manufacturing fast. Let's hope. I've been looking at other cos and the phrase 'unmet need' can be very subjective...let's see if the FDA can Do The Right Thing.
